Ross Exploration, Inc. (REI) closed a deal on over 55,000 net mineral acres located in the Eagle Ford Shale with Sanchez Energy Corporation (SN). The deal included cash, shares of SN stock, as well as allowing REI to retain an interest in the project. SN has plans to drill 18 net wells on the leasehold over the next two years.
